Junior Hockey Structure

The Club’s commitment to Junior Hockey is based upon a structured approach, as shown in our Junior Development Program, together with a close working relationship with Access Sport to promote the game of hockey to as many local children as possible.  All sessions are coached by approved Wycombe Hockey Club players and coaches.

Stage 1: Age 6+
Open to both Boys and Girls across the local community
Saturday morning introductory coaching sessions on Astroturf

Stage 2: Age 8+
Mini Hockey format for both Boys and Girls

Outside of Club hockey there is a player pathway through the county system and EH Performace centres. The diagram below describes the different levels junior players need to progress through the enable England Selection
